Yes, there is a £10pp deposit required when booking. This is deducted from the price on the day, meaning that you only have to pay £20pp on the day.
PLEASE NOTE: Remaining payment for brunch is taken on arrival at the entrance not at the end of brunch. This is more efficient, meaning you can enjoy brunch and not worry about having to sort the bill out at the end.
No! All bookings and deposit payments go via our online booking system.
This makes it easier to do any refunds from cancelled tables.

Yes! We love large group bookings, the more the merrier. While a lot of venues will turn away large group bookings we don’t.
Whether you want to book for 20, 40, 50 or 100 people… No problem, we can handle it!
You are welcome to stay as long as you like after Brunch as we have our day party with 2 FOR 1 Cocktails from 4pm until 8pm.
We move most tables at 4.30pm to create space for dancing or we may need the table for a later booking. If you are lucky enough to be on a table that we don’t move or need for another booking then you can stay on the table.
If you would like to guarantee a table after Brunch you can book a table separately via our booking system for later to stay on the table. This will stop us from allowing others to book your table.
Yes, our ground floor has disabled access and a disabled toilet. Unfortunately our upstairs does not have disabled access.
IMPORTANT: If you are booking a table with us for Brunch, Food or Drinks you must let us know beforehand that you require disabled access and facilities.
This is so that we can make sure you are accommodated correctly and have a table that is as close and accessible to the disabled toilet as possible and also that your table is not upstairs or on a high table.
If you do not let us know beforehand this may result in us being unable to accommodate you if we are fully booked and all other tables are already full. So please let us know in advance.
Taking payments on entry makes the Brunch process more efficient and less time consuming for us and you. By doing this at the beginning, you and us don’t need to worry about making/taking payments at the end of Brunch when everyone is merry and dancing/ having a good time.
This means you can focus on having a good time and leave as soon as you are done.
We advise you to arrive early to avoid any traffic caused by local football games, cruise ships or road works.
This also allows us to take payment on entry, get you seated and take your pre-orders for your first round of drinks so that they come out at 2pm for you to get the full 2 hours bottomless drinks.
Yes, cash is still an acceptable form of payment here at Medbar.
Unfortunately not, our bottomless brunch is a set 2 hour time slot which starts and finishes at the advertised time.
If you arrive late you will lose out on time. We advise everyone to arrive 30 minutes before the advertised start time.
We will only hold your table for 30 minutes unless you message us to say you are still arriving. After 30 minutes we will assume you are not attending and your deposit will be lost if you do not let us know.
Please note: If you are late your time does not get extended.
Our brunches are extremely busy with 90-160 people attending. If we were to do individual drinks the service would be extremely slow.
Imagine having to make and shake 100+ cocktails at a time and serve them. By doing jugs it makes our speed of service much quicker and more efficient.
Brunch starts at the advertised start time. If you arrive early you are welcome to order normal drinks before brunch starts. But the bottomless brunch drinks will only start at the advertised time.
If you would like to order your food before the start time you are more than welcome to and we are happy to cook it and bring it out straight away.

Yes, you are more than welcome to decorate the table. The only things we don’t allow are glitter & confetti.
You can arrive 30 minutes before your booking to decorate the table.

Everyone who attends Brunch must pay the full Brunch price of £30.
The reason for this is that people say they are not doing Brunch but then attempt to drink/ get people who are doing Brunch to order them drinks.
For this reason everyone who attends Brunch must pay the full price.
We only have one set price for Brunch which is £30 per person. Our menu includes a wide variety of non-alcoholic drinks such as Mocktails, 0% Gin & Beer and soft drinks.
